[牛市操盘手]破产加密货币贷款机构 Cred 前高管因电汇欺诈和其它指控被起诉

破产的加密货币贷款机构 Cred 的三名前高管被指控串谋实施电汇欺诈、电汇欺诈和从事非法目的金融交易。Cred 联合创始人兼前首席执行官 Daniel Schatt、前首席财务官 Joseph Podulka 和前首席资本官 James Alexander 被加州北区美国检察官办公室起诉。此前，Cred 清算信托在一项*中称， 90% 以上客户资金被借给了中国小额贷款公司 MoKredit，但最终 MoKredit 无法偿还贷款。根据周五的起诉书， MoKredit 与 Cred 的关系以及两家公司共享一位联合创始人的事实并未适当地向 Cred 债权人披露。（ CoinDesk）
