根据火币 HTX 的报道，共和党参议员 Ted Cruz 计划于下周提交一项《国会审查法案》决议，旨在推翻一项颇具争议的税收规则。该规则要求某些去中心化金融经纪人提交总收益报告。

此前，美国国税局制定了一项规定，要求“DeFi 经纪人”像传统证券经纪人一样收集用户交易信息。这意味着一些“去中心化金融行业参与者”将不得不向客户发送 1099 纳税申报表，该表格用于报告通常并非来自雇主的付款，如赌博奖金、租金和版税等。

Ted Cruz 在一份声明中表示：“这项规则的制定旨在针对去中心化金融。这将严重侵犯美国人的隐私和安全，同时抑制创新，并可能对美国的去中心化金融和加密货币发展造成冲击。”
